Yushra joined Rogers Spencer in September 2022 as a Financial Accountant, where she is responsible for accounts production work, creating year-end accounts and calculating corporation tax for a variety of clients. She brings with her a wealth of experience from the eight years in the workplace, backed by extensive study.
Yushra is fully-ACCA qualified, as well as having a BSc in Applied Accounting and certifications in Xero and Quickbooks.
During her time so far at RS, Yushra is enjoying getting to know her new friendly and helpful colleagues, having quickly settled into the team.
Outside of work, Yushra is passionate about playing badminton, trying to fit as many games in as she can between looking after her especially active two-year-old daughter, Talia. Hailing from Sri Lanka herself, Yushra also loves to travel with her partner to experience new cultures, with the goal of visiting a new country every year. So far, her favourite destinations include Switzerland, Italy and Qatar.
