Suganiya joined Rogers Spencer in May 2023, as an Audit Trainee. Her five years working in Sri Lanka, encompassing roles at Deloitte, WNS, and LSEG Colombo have equipped her with a diverse skillset that she now brings to the team at RS.
Suganiya has completed the ACCA Professional Level qualification, a testament to her commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to the highest standards in auditing. Her analytical mind and attention to detail ensure accuracy and reliability in every audit engagement.
At RS, Suganiya thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. She values the team’s supportive approach and appreciates the organisation’s dedication to her professional growth.
In her spare time, Suganiya practises yoga and has an artistic side to her, which she explores through classical singing, drawing, and crocheting.
