Shelly Mee

Payroll Administrator

Shelly joined Rogers Spencer in January in 2023 as a Payroll Administrator. Helping the team with day-to-day operations, her role involves working with clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll for clients.

With over five years of experience in the accounting industry – two of these directly in payroll – and an AAT Level 3 qualification, Shelly brings vital experience and a positive attitude to the team. Prior to joining us, she worked in the leisure industry for 17 years, before getting a foot in the door as a receptionist for a local accounting firm. From there, she moved across into accounts production, before finding her calling in payroll.

During her time so far at RS, Shelly has found colleagues to be warm and welcoming and – as working mother – values the family-friendly environment the firm operates in.

Outside of work, Shelly is a keen sportsperson – playing cricket for Long Eaton and enjoying swimming, as well as following Nottingham Forest in football. As a busy mum, her time is generally filled by travelling to and from kids’ activities.
