Berni joined Rogers Spencer in September 2022 as a Payroll Manager, where she oversees the payroll team. She coordinates everything payroll-related for our clients, from overtime pay and pensions to record keeping and compliance.
Berni has over 20 years’ experience in the field, nine of these as an Office Manager and 11 specialising in payroll. She’s brings with her a vast array of knowledge to the role and has already implemented several improvements in her department.
During her time so far at RS, Berni has enjoyed the varied client base and level of professionalism in the services offered to clients. She’s quickly become a well-liked member of the top floor due to her cheerful demeanour and positive work ethic.
A mother to two teenage children, Berni loves cars and motor racing, with a particular fondness for Formula 1. She spends her weekends going to classic car meets and shows with her husband, and has travelled to several international F1 races including Barcelona and Monaco. As well as her human children, she’s also a mother to a very naughty French Bulldog called Buddy.
