Alisha Simpson

Office Manager

Alisha joined Rogers Spencer in October in 2020, initially as a receptionist, but has since been promoted to Office Manager. Her role includes supporting the Partners and staff members on a daily basis, ensuring the office runs smoothly and overseeing administrative support.

Prior to joining us, Alisha worked in recruitment but made the switch to Rogers Spencer as she saw the appeal of working in a family-orientated office and her bubbly personality has meant she’s settled perfectly into the team.

During her time so far at Rogers Spencer, Alisha has found the role to be full of variety and has relished taking on more responsibility in her new role, valuing the opportunity for progression.

Outside of work, Alisha is a keen cook, loving to make meals for friends and family. She has two four-legged children – her pet dogs Smokey and Ted – and enjoys going off on adventures with them and her partner.
